Envy Design Co. is a founder-led branding and web design agency in Ontario. We work with ambitious businesses across healthcare, trades, food and beverage and professional services, and we are looking for a Senior Web Designer to help lead our website work.

What you will do

Design websites from first wireframe to final, developer-ready Figma files, desktop to mobile.
Turn brand identities into flexible web design systems: type, colour, components and layouts.
Plan site structure and user flows with our strategy team so every page has a clear job.
Present work to clients and lead design reviews with confidence.
Work closely with our developers to make sure what launches matches what was designed.
Help shape case studies, pitches and the way we design as a team.

You might be a fit if

You have 5+ years designing websites, ideally in an agency or studio.
You have a portfolio that shows strong typography, layout and attention to detail.
You are fluent in Figma, including components, variables and auto layout.
You understand responsive design, accessibility and how good UX turns visitors into enquiries.
You enjoy working directly with clients and explaining your decisions.

Nice to have

Experience with WordPress or other CMS-driven builds.
Motion and interaction design skills.
Brand identity experience.
