    Day 1

    We reply

A real person (usually one of the founders) reads your message and replies within one business day. No bots, no automated sales sequence and no generic form letter.

We’ll answer any quick questions and suggest a time for a discovery call. It’s the start of a conversation, not a commitment, so feel free to reach out even if your branding or website project is still taking shape.

    Week 1

    Discovery call

A 30-minute conversation about your goals, timeline and budget. No pitch decks, just questions. We want to understand your business, what you need and what a successful project looks like to you.

It’s also your chance to ask us anything and see whether we’re a good fit. After the call, we’ll have what we need to put together a clear proposal built around your project.

    Week 1–2

    Your proposal

A clear, itemized proposal with scope, timeline and investment, so you know exactly what you’re getting. No vague estimates and no surprises down the road.

We’ll walk you through it, answer your questions and adjust it if something needs changing. Once everything looks right, you approve the proposal and we pencil in the kick-off. No pressure and no hard sell along the way.

    Kick-off

    We get started

Once you’re happy, we schedule discovery and the real work begins. We set up the project, share the next steps and make sure you know who you’ll be working with.

From there, you’ll know what’s happening, what we need from you and when to expect progress. No chasing for updates, no guessing where things stand, just a steady path toward a brand or website you’re proud of.

Frequently asked questions.

How quickly will you get back to me?

Within one business day, usually much sooner.

When you send us a message or fill out our project form, we'll reply with any questions we have and, if it makes sense, suggest a time for a call to talk through your project. That first conversation is relaxed and free, with no pressure; it's a chance for us to understand what you need and for you to see whether we're a good fit. If your project is time-sensitive, mention your deadline in your message so we can prioritize accordingly.

What should I include in my message?

Whatever you have: what you do, what you need, any deadlines and a rough budget. If you're not sure, that's fine; that's what the call is for.

Helpful details include a link to your current website, the services you're interested in, such as branding, website design or packaging, and what's prompting the project now. If you have examples of designs you like, or a sense of who your customers are, share those too. A rough budget helps us recommend the right scope rather than guessing. But don't let a blank spot stop you from reaching out. Many great projects start with a short note and a good conversation.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, happily, before we discuss anything confidential.

Many projects involve information that isn't public yet, like a new product, a merger, a funding round, a rebrand or sensitive business plans. If that's the case, just let us know when you get in touch. You can send us your own non-disclosure agreement to review and sign before sharing details. Once a project is underway, we treat your materials with discretion and limit access to the people working on it. Confidentiality is a normal part of how we work, not an inconvenience.

What are your minimums?

Branding projects start at $7,500 and custom websites at $15,000.

Those are starting points, not packages. Every project is quoted individually based on what you actually need, so the final number depends on scope, complexity, the number of pages or deliverables and any integrations or extras. We share our minimums up front because it saves everyone time and helps you decide whether we're the right fit for your budget. If you're not sure where your project would land, get in touch with a few details and we'll give you an honest sense of scope before preparing a clear, itemized quote.

Are you hiring?

We're always glad to meet talented people. See our careers page for open roles.

As a founder-led branding and web design agency, we keep our team small and senior, so we look for people who care about craft, communicate well and enjoy solving real business problems with design. If there's an open role that fits you, apply through the careers page. If there isn't one right now but you think you'd be a great addition, you're welcome to introduce yourself and share your portfolio. We can't promise a role, but we do like knowing who's out there.
