Corporate Communication Design

Big ideas, made easy to understand.

Strategy documents, internal communications, proposals and reports that make complex ideas clear, and make your organization look as credible as it is.

The most important documents in a company are often the worst designed. Strategies nobody reads, proposals that bury the point, internal updates lost in a sea of text. Good design changes that. It gets people to read, understand and act.

What is corporate communication design?

When it has to land.

Corporate communication design is the design of the documents organizations use to explain themselves: to employees, partners, investors and clients. It includes strategy and vision documents, internal campaigns, proposals, reports, training materials and executive presentations.

We have designed corporate communications for global brands and growing organizations alike: the Visa Blueprint, Johnson & Johnson strategy decks, Zillow culture books and Deloitte training materials.

Often these pieces work as a set. See presentation design, publication design and infographics.

How we make it clear.

Clarity is a process.

    Understand

    Content Review

We read everything, ask questions and find the story. Policy documents, internal reports and stakeholder updates often bury their most important points under a lot of necessary detail.

By understanding the content properly, we can see what your audience really needs to know and what can sit quietly in the background. That clarity is the foundation for corporate communication design that people actually read, starting with how the content is structured.

    Structure

    Structure & Hierarchy

We organize the content so key points land first. Clear headings, summaries and a logical order help readers find what matters without wading through every page.

A strong hierarchy makes dense information feel manageable, whether your readers are employees, investors, members or a board. Once the structure is agreed, we can design layouts that reinforce it visually, so the most important messages are also the most visible.

    Design

    Design & Data

We design layouts, charts and visuals that make it easy to follow. Numbers become clear charts, processes become simple diagrams, and long sections get enough breathing room that readers don’t lose their place.

Everything is designed in your brand, so your communications look professional and consistent from one document to the next. You review and refine the design with us, and once it’s approved, we prepare it for every format you need.

    Deliver

    Print & Digital

Print-ready files, digital versions and editable templates. Print files are set up for professional printing, and digital versions are prepared for email, your intranet or your website.

Editable templates let your team produce future updates, memos and announcements in the same style without starting from scratch. That keeps your corporate communications consistent and on brand long after this project wraps up.

Trusted with important documents.

We bring experience with global brands and growing teams to the documents that matter most. Strategy papers, internal communications, proposals and reports are shaped so complex ideas read clearly, key messages stand out and your organization looks as credible on the page as it is in the room.

Clarity first

We simplify before we decorate. Structure, headings and summaries come first, so busy readers can find the main points quickly before any visual polish is added.

Data done well

Charts and infographics tell the truth clearly. Numbers are presented accurately and simply, so your board, staff or partners understand the picture without someone walking them through it.

Confidential and careful

Sensitive content is handled with care. We’re happy to sign an NDA, limit access to the people working on your project and keep drafts private until you’re ready to share.

Templates for your team

Editable layouts for future documents. Your team gets branded templates for reports, memos and proposals, so everyday documents stay consistent without needing a designer each time.

Frequently asked questions.

What is corporate communication design?

The design of documents organizations use to communicate: strategies, internal campaigns, proposals, reports, training materials and presentations.

Corporate communication design helps important information reach people clearly, whether that's employees, leadership, partners, funders or clients. These documents often carry big decisions or messages, so they need to be easy to read, easy to navigate and consistent with your brand. We organize content, design clear layouts, create charts and diagrams that make data understandable, and set up templates for documents you produce often. The result is communication that looks professional and actually gets read, rather than skimmed and forgotten.

Can you work with large, complex documents?

Yes. We regularly design long documents with charts, tables and detailed content, and we start by organizing the content so it reads clearly.

Long, complex documents need a strong structure before they need good looks. We review the content, suggest a logical order, set up clear headings and navigation, and identify where charts, tables, diagrams or summaries could help readers. Then we design a consistent layout system that keeps a long document readable from start to finish. We're comfortable working with multiple contributors and review rounds, which is common in larger organizations. Accuracy matters, so we check carefully and keep track of changes as content evolves.

Can you create templates for our team?

Yes. We can build templates in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Word or InDesign so your team can create on brand.

Templates are one of the most useful things we can create for corporate communications. We design layouts for the documents your team produces most, like reports, proposals, memos or presentations, then build them with proper styles, master pages and placeholders so they're easy to use and hard to break. We choose the tool based on who's doing the editing: PowerPoint, Google Slides and Word suit most teams, while InDesign suits in-house designers. We can also provide a short guide or walkthrough so your team uses them confidently.

Do you work with confidential information?

Yes. We're happy to work under an NDA and handle sensitive content carefully.

Corporate communication often involves information that isn't public yet, like strategies, financial results, organizational changes or internal campaigns. We treat that content with discretion and limit access to the people working on your project. If your organization has specific requirements for sharing files, we'll follow them. Signing a non-disclosure agreement before you share materials is common and easy to arrange. Just let us know at the start, and we'll make sure confidentiality is built into how we work together.

How much does it cost?

It depends on length, complexity and format. Every project is quoted individually.

Corporate communication design projects vary widely. A short internal campaign is different from a long strategic plan with charts, tables and multiple review rounds, or a set of editable templates for your whole organization. The amount of content organization and editing also affects scope, as do print and digital versions. Tell us what you're working on, the length and the deadline, and we'll send a clear quote. If you have a recurring need, like quarterly reports, we can talk about an approach that keeps future editions efficient.
