Presentation Design

Decks that make the case. And look the part.

Pitch decks, sales presentations and keynotes that make your story clear, your data convincing and your brand impossible to forget.

The deck is often the first thing a decision-maker sees and the last thing they look at before they decide. A cluttered slide can sink a great idea. A clear one can carry it through the room.

What is presentation design?

Your story, one slide at a time.

Presentation design is the design of slides for pitches, sales meetings, conferences and internal briefings. Good presentation design simplifies each slide to one idea, turns data into clear visuals and builds a story that flows from the first slide to the ask.

We have designed investor pitch decks, sales decks for global brands and executive presentations for companies like Johnson & Johnson and Rémy Cointreau. For startups like Moms Tribute, the deck had to explain a new product in minutes.

Data-heavy decks benefit from infographics. Need a template your team can reuse? We build those too.

How we build decks.

Story, then slides.

  1. 01
    Story

    Story & Structure

We shape the narrative and decide what every slide needs to do. Whether it’s an investor pitch, a sales deck or a conference talk, we start with the story and the action you want your audience to take.

Cutting clutter and putting ideas in the right order makes a presentation far more persuasive. With the structure agreed, we know which slides need extra attention and what the visual design has to support.

    Design

    Visual Design

We design key slides and the template. Title slides, section breaks, data slides and content layouts are designed in your brand, so the deck looks polished and consistent from the first click.

Seeing a handful of key slides first lets you react to the look before we build out the rest. Once the visual direction is approved, we have everything we need to design the full presentation.

    Build

    Full Deck

We build the full deck, including charts and diagrams that make complex ideas easy to grasp. Every slide is laid out to support what you’re saying, not to compete with you for the audience’s attention.

We keep text tight, visuals clear and the flow logical from start to finish. You review the complete deck, we refine it with your feedback, and you walk into the room ready to present with confidence.

    Editable Files

Editable files in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides, so your team can update numbers, swap slides or tailor the deck for different audiences.

The template is set up properly, with master layouts and styles, so new slides stay on brand without needing a designer. That means your presentation design stays useful long after the first pitch, and the next deck starts from a much better place than a blank slide.

Why teams trust us with the big meeting.

We’ve designed decks for startups and global brands alike, from investor pitches to sales presentations and keynotes. Whatever the room, we help you shape a clear story, make your data convincing and design slides that support the speaker instead of competing with them.

Story-first

A clear narrative comes before any design. We work out what your audience needs to hear and in what order, so every slide moves the argument forward.

One idea per slide

Simple, readable and memorable. Fewer words and one clear message per slide keep the audience listening to you instead of reading ahead.

Data done well

Charts make the point instantly. We strip out clutter and highlight the number that matters, so key results land even in a quick glance across the table.

Fully editable

Native files your team can update. Decks are built in PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides with proper master layouts, so future presentations stay on brand.

Frequently asked questions.

Which software do you design presentations in?

PowerPoint, Keynote and Google Slides. We deliver fully editable native files.

We design presentations in the software your team already uses, so you can edit, update and present without needing a designer or special tools. Native files mean real text, editable charts and proper slide masters, not flattened images pasted onto slides. We build with your brand fonts where possible and choose reliable alternatives when a font won't work across every computer. If your team uses more than one platform, we can talk about which works best for sharing and collaboration. Either way, your presentation design stays fully yours to edit.

Can you design a pitch deck for investors?

Yes. We've designed investor pitch decks for startups and growing companies, from story and structure to final design.

An investor pitch deck needs to tell a clear, convincing story quickly. We help shape your content into a logical flow covering the problem, your solution, market opportunity, business model, traction, team and the ask. Then we design slides that make your numbers easy to read and your key points impossible to miss. We also think about how the deck will be used: presented live, sent as a PDF or both, which can call for different versions. You'll get editable files so you can update the deck as your raise progresses.

Can you create a presentation template for our team?

Yes. We build branded templates with layouts for every common slide type.

A good presentation template helps your whole team create professional, on-brand slides without starting from scratch. We design layouts for title slides, section dividers, text, charts, tables, images, quotes, team pages and closing slides, then build them properly with slide masters, colour themes and font settings. That means your team can choose a layout and drop in content without breaking the design. We can also include example slides and short tips on using the template well. It's one of the most useful investments for teams that present often.

Can you work from our existing deck?

Yes. We can redesign an existing deck, simplifying content and improving the story as we go.

Most existing decks have the same problems: too much text, inconsistent layouts, cluttered charts and a story that's hard to follow. We review your presentation, suggest a clearer structure, trim and rewrite where needed and turn dense information into visuals that are easier to understand. Then we apply a consistent design that fits your brand. You stay involved throughout and approve content changes, since you know your audience best. The result is a presentation design that's easier to deliver and easier to remember.

How much does presentation design cost?

It depends on the number of slides and how much story and data work is needed. Every project is quoted individually.

Presentation design costs vary with the length of the deck, whether we're working from final content or helping shape the story, the number of charts and diagrams, and whether you also need a reusable template. A polished redesign of an existing deck is a different scope from building an investor pitch deck from scratch. Tell us about your presentation, your audience and when you need it, and we'll send a clear quote. If you have a deadline, like a pitch or conference, let us know early.
