01 — Context

New home development website design for Mississauga

Cachet Estate Homes is a builder whose first home went up in Unionville in 1981. For its new development, Longview Meadows — an exclusive enclave of luxury homes set among meadows and ravines in Mississauga, Ontario — the company needed a website that matched the quality of the homes themselves.

New home buyers often fall in love with a project long before there is anything to walk through. The website has to do the work of a sales centre: set the mood, explain the architecture and finishes, introduce each model and convince people to register. We took on the website design and build to do exactly that, in a style as calm and considered as the community.

02 — The site

Quiet luxury, from misty hero to finishes

The page opens on a soft, misty photo of a family in the woods, with the Longview Meadows leaf logo and the line "A Private Enclave of Magnificent Homes." Muted sage, warm grey and white run throughout, with spaced serif capitals for section titles and italic serif subheads — a look borrowed from fine print rather than typical real-estate templates.

The navigation follows a buyer's questions: Welcome, Architecture, Homes, Features, Builder, Contact, Register and VIP. The Design section introduces three interior packages — Gold, Platinum and Titanium — each with a material board of cabinetry, tile and stone and a short description of its mood. Under Homes, tabs sort the models into collections, and each model, like the Larkspur from the Manor Collection, gets an elevation rendering beside its site plan. Features & Finishes then lists construction, interior and kitchen details in tidy rows.

We developed the site through our website development team so the builder could present its story, models and registration in one place. It reflects how we approach construction and home building clients: let the craftsmanship lead. For more residential work, see Glen Agar Homes and SF3 Condos.
