Law firm landing page design for trucking injury claims

Kentucky Injury Claims helps people injured in trucking accidents start a claim and connects them with an attorney who will pursue the settlement they deserve. Its visitors are dealing with the aftermath of an accident and want clear answers fast, so every second of confusion on the page costs an enquiry.

The company needed a new landing page funnel for its trucking injury claims site, and a brand to go with it. We designed the brand identity, a shield holding the scales of justice beside a serif "Kentucky" wordmark, and then a series of landing pages built in Unbounce, a platform that makes it simple to launch and test page variations without a developer. This law firm landing page design had a single goal: get the visitor to start a free evaluation.

02 — The funnel

One question, one form, no friction

The page opens by naming the visitor's situation: "Trucking Accident? Get a free evaluation!" over a blue-toned photo of a truck on the highway. Next to a short reassurance that there is no one-size-fits-all answer, a bright yellow card asks for just one thing, a zip code, with a large GO button. Asking for less up front makes starting easier.

The header carries three trust markers with check icons: No Obligation, No Strings, Licensed Attorneys. Below the fold, a short attorney profile mentions US Air Force service and experience negotiating with insurance and trucking companies, then three yellow-icon cards explain why to choose the firm: every case is investigated, insurance company negotiation, and full-service support. A closing band reminds visitors they do not have to go through the process alone.
